Over the past few months, we've brought you a number of enticing deals on the Google Pixel 3 and Pixel 3 XL. These are Google's current-generation Android Pie flagships, and they will be replaced next month by the Pixel 4 family. Both are still excellent smartphones, but carriers are rolling out a final round of deals to clear inventory ahead of Google's October hardware event.
Late last month, we saw Best Buy discount the Pixel 3 and Pixel 3 XL by $500 with activation on Verizon. This week, Best Buy is offering up to a whopping $700 discount on the smartphones when you activate with a 24-month installment plan on Sprint's wireless network.
Let's start off with the smaller of the two smartphones: the Pixel 3. It's regularly priced at $799, but Best Buy is offering a $350 instant discount when you activate with Sprint. That brings the price down to $449, however, the discounts rack up even further as you'll receive $10.42 in bill credits per month over the course of your 24-month contract ($250). In total, you'll see a savings of $600 on the purchase of the Pixel 3, making your final cost $199 before tax. You can purchase the Pixel 3 on Sprint here.
If you're looking to get your paws on the larger Pixel 3 XL, there's an even bigger discount. The Pixel 3 XL has a regular price of $899, but Best Buy will give you a $400 instant discount with Sprint activation, bringing it down to $499. Then, you'll receive $300 in bill credits ($12.50/month) over the course of 24 months, bringing your total outlay to $199 before tax. You can purchase the Pixel 3 XL on Sprint here.
Although they don't have the latest and greatest Qualcomm Snapdragon 855/855+ SoCs, the Pixel 3 and Pixel 3 XL are both formidable smartphones that will be supported by Google with continual security, software, and OS updates for the next few years. Speaking of which, you can download Android 10 for all Pixel smartphones right now.
