Google's Pixel 2 And Pixel 2 XL Both Discounted To $599 For A Limited Time

Google Pixel 2
It looks as though Google is trying hard to clear out inventory of its previous generation Pixel 2 and Pixel 2 XL handsets. For the second time since October, Google is discounting the Pixel 2 series, this time with both models marked down to $599. That's a $50 discount for the Pixel 2, which debuted at $649, and a generous $250 discount for the Pixel 2 XL, which debuted at $849.

Obviously the Pixel 2 XL is the better value, compared to the original MSRPs. It's also the larger of the two, with a 6-inch QHD+ (2880x1440) display. That works out to 538 pixels per inch. For anyone who prefers a smaller handset, the regular Pixel 2 features a 5-inch FHD (1920x1080) display. Pixels aren't as densely packed at 441 pixels per inch, but it still offers a crisp viewing experience.

For comparison, the Pixel 3 that launched in October wields a 5.5-inch FHD+ (2160x1080, 443 ppi) display, and the Pixel 3 XL wields a 6.3-inch QHD+ (2960x1440, 523 ppi) screen.
The Pixel 2 series has been replaced by the newer Pixel 3 family, though the Pixel 2 and Pixel 2 XL are still capable devices. Both sport a Qualcomm Snapdragon 835 processor flanked by 4GB of RAM and either 64GB or 128GB of onboard storage. They also both feature the same camera arrangement consisting of an 8MP front shooter and a 12.2MP rear sensor.
If you're interested in having 128GB of onboard storage, it's $100 extra. Google is out of stock, though you can join the waitlist. Follow this link or click on the one in the Via field below to snag one.
