Whilst all efforts are made to ensure accuracy of description, specifications and pricing there may be occasions where errors arise. Should such a situation occur Gigarefurb cannot accept your order. In the event of a mistake you will be contacted via email or telephone to explain the problem with your order and supplied with a corrected offer. The information displayed is considered as an invitation to treat not as a confirmed offer for sale. The contract is confirmed upon supply of goods.
We will dispatch your product on the same business day of your order for orders placed before 10AM. For orders placed after 10AM we will dispatch it on the next working day. Our business days are Monday to Friday. However this may change if the demand on our warehouse is too high. Orders place on Friday after 10AM and on a Saturday or Sunday will be dispatched by the following Tuesday at the latest. Units with software/hardware upgrades or downgrade may require an extra day before dispatch. International orders are generally received in less than 5 days but please confirm shipping costs before purchasing the item.
We use DPD to deliver your goods. Once you order you will receive your tracking details in an email. If you provide your mobile number you will receive a SMS from DPD with a 60 minute delivery time slot on the morning of your delivery.

To qualify for the 0% VAT discount please contact us and provide your VAT registration number. Under UK tax law we must always charge VAT. EU VAT registered customers are welcome to contact us for a refund of the VAT amount after their purchase.
Deliveries in the UK are completed by DPD.
A tracking number will be issued and the item can be tracked at https://www.dpd.co.uk/tracking/tracking.do
All deliveries will require your signature, if there is no-one available at the delivery address, a re-delivery will be attempted.
In the event that this is not successful and the goods are returned to us by the courier. An additional fee would be levied to arrange a further delivery.
All shipping back to Gigarefurb is paid for by the customer. We are unable to refund your postal fees.
Returns / Cancellation policy
14 Day Returns
If when you receive your product(s), you are not satisfied you may return the items to us within 14 days of receipt of the goods for an exchange or refund. In order to do this, please email email@example.com to receive a Return merchandise Authorisation number (RMA). Change of mind returns must be posted back to us at the customer's expense for a full refund.
Damaged in Transit
If when you receive your goods and it appears to have been damaged in transit, you must notify us within 24 hours of receiving the goods via telephone or email.
If on receipt the goods are faulty in terms with our hardware warranty you must inform us immediately. Gigarefurb will organise a collection if reported within the timeline.
If however we receive the item and there is no fault in line with our hardware warranty a return charge of £15.99 excluding VAT will be levied.
If the customer has had a change of mind they are elibable to return the item within 14 days at there expense for a refund. This will be minus the cost of initial delivery £9.99 excluding VAT.
If the customer reports the problem after the first 14 days Returns period we will not accept returns for a refund. This will be Return to base hardware warranty period and the customer. please see below.
The RMA number must be Issued within 14 days. First Contact does NOT qualify.
RTB - Return to Base Hardware Warranty
Our warranty is a return-to-base warranty. This means it is the customer who must return the item to us for repair.
Gigarefurb will be liable for parts and labour only, along with the return journey after the repair is complete.
The warranty does not cover damaged goods, tampered goods, software including operating system errors, accidental damage and aftermarket modifications.
Batteries are classed as a consumable and are not covered by the warranty.
RMA - Return Merchandise Authorisation
To return a item to us you must first contact us and receive a RMA number. This number must be affixed clearly to the outside of the packaging when returning.
We will not accept returns without a RMA number clearly marked on the packaging.

Returns will take approximately 5 working days for the process once the goods have arrived. Items must be in original packaging, withall accessories present such as chargers and power cables, packaging materials, manuals blank warranty cards and all accessories and documents provided by the manufacturer. All warranty labels must be intact on return of the product. Goods found to be tampered with by the customer will not be replaced but returned at the customers expense.
Upon receipt we will issue a refund within 14 days. This allows us to process you return and case.
We strongly recommend that you fully insure your package that you are returning.
We suggest the use of a carrier that can provide you with a proof of delivery.
Gigarefurb will not be held responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.
Gigarefurb further is not responsible for your item if you are returning it to us. Any losses or damage claims must be took up with the courier you used.
We try very hard to ensure that you receive your order in pristine condition. If you do not receive your products as ordered, please contact us. In the unlikely event that the product arrives damaged or faulty, please contact Gigarefurb immediately, this will be given special priority and you can expect to receive the correct item within 48hours.
We have the ability to export out of the UK. If you have a special request please contact us your requirements.
