HOW DO YOU FIND OUT THE CONDITION OF THE IT EQUIPMENT BEFORE BUYING?

Whether it's updated gaming PCs, used Asus laptops (e.g. Asus ROG Strix or Asus Vivobook) or a computer with an ultrabook intel core, when you find the item you want, it's important to understand what condition it's in before you buy. We have 4 grades to look out for:

NEW

If we add new gaming laptops, Asus products, full HD equipment or a computer with an intel celeron processor to our online store, we'll let you know by giving it a 'new' stamp. It means the product may come in a package with the original seal broken or a replacement box, but the laptop inside hasn't been touched.

GRADE 1

Grade 1 is our highest score for refurbished Asus computers and other laptops, meaning you can expect them in great condition. For example, a small part of the casing may have scuffs, but the screen will be blemish-free.

GRADE 2

Grade 2 IT equipment, Asus laptops and gaming PCs are still in good working condition, but there may be a few more scuffs or slightly more wear than you would find with a Grade 1 product. This could include a few minor screen blemishes or dents on the hardware.

GRADE 3

While Grade 3 is the lowest badge we give to refurbished laptops and computers on our website, it doesn't mean they come in poor quality condition. It means some of the hardware may have more visible evidence of heavier usage, but we'll have still upgraded the software to Windows 10 and provide a product you can use for years to come. You can also benefit from some of the lowest prices for refurbished laptops on our site.
