WHAT CONDITION ARE REFURBISHED COMPUTERS SOLD IN?

Whether you're interested in a Dell, Lenovo or another computer make, we give the product a grade so that you understand more about what condition to expect it in. This includes:

• NEW - where the original packaging is damaged or missing (but the computer hasn't been used)
• GRADE 1 -light cosmetic scratches or scuffs are present
• GRADE 2- heavier signs of use than Grade 1, e.g. small dents or screen blemishes
• GRADE 3 - heavier signs of usage than Grade 2
